TALACO is a leading distributor of telecom products in United Arab Emirates and Lebanon ranging from Mobile Network Operator products and services to handheld mobile devices and accessories. This SERVICE is provided by Talaco FZCO, a UAE freezone company based in Dubai 5WB 433 Dafza +971 (4) 288 1198, and governed by the law of the United Arab of Emirates.
- Agreement to Terms

- Terms of payment
12.1 Prices of the products on our website are available in USD and LBP where prices in LBP might change any second depending on the currency exchange rate.
12.2 Prices might be only available in USD in certain situations where the currency exchange rate is constantly fluctuating.
12.3 Cash on delivery is the only acceptable payment method for the moment (payments through credit cards might be acceptable in the future).
- Terms of delivery
13.1 “Shop&Ship” is our main objective; you shop and we deliver. We offer fast and free delivery of mobiles and all products throughout all areas of Lebanon.
13.2 Our objective is to satisfy our customers by having a standard shipping time between 1 & 3 business days. We deliver in Beirut within 48 hours using our own delivery service or the technologically advanced delivery app GoGo Driver (insert link). The estimated delivery time for orders outside Beirut is up to 3 business days. Orders outside Beirut are delivered using the trusted delivery company Aramex.
13.3 All packages are delivered safely and securely to your doorsteps. Since we care about your safety and health, we offer a contactless delivery.
- Terms of Refunds
14.1 Customers get full refund on items if they receive damaged or wrong items from our side.
14.2 Customers get the chance to return the item and get full refund if they receive the product and notice that they ordered the wrong one (under one condition: the item has to be sealed).
